Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is hiring

We encourage professionals to apply for vacant positions at the Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

The RST is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA). The Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture is a comprehensive technical assistance programme deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine. URA is implemented with the financial assistance of the EBRD-Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA). Contributors to the MDA are Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union.

Currently, the RST is expanding and seeking 2 qualified specialists for the positions of:

1.    Senior Project Manager/Audit Coordinator for the audit activities within the implementation of measures set out in the Ukraine Plan by the Responsible Authorities

2.    Project Manager/Legal Adviser on Customs Reform

The initial consultancy assignment is expected to start in October 2025. Duration of the assignment is subject to the availability of project funding and the consultant's performance.
