For auditors

State institutions should comply with the legislation of Ukraine in the course of the procurement of services of an audit company, in particular:

• provided that the cost of the service (services) is equal to or exceeds 200 thousand hryvnas (approximately - 6,7 thousand euros) through one of the procedures provided for in Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement";
• subject to the procedure of procurement of services of an audit company with a value of less than 200 thousand hryvnias (approximately - 6,7 thousand euros) State Enterprise "PROZORRO" - an order dated 19.03.2019 No. 10 "On approval of the Instruction on the procedure for using the electronic procurement system in case the implementation of procurement, the value of which is less than the cost established in the paragraphs of the second and third part of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement".

Private organizations must comply with the requirements of joint operational programs of border cooperation, in particular:

• provided that the cost of purchasing the service is up to 2.5 thousand euros - the "direct award" procedure applies;
• provided that the cost of purchasing the service from 2.5 thousand euros to 20.0 thousand euros - the procedure of "trading with one participant" applies;
• provided that the cost of purchasing services from 20.0 thousand to 300.0 thousand euros - the procedure "competitive procedure of negotiations without publication" is applied.
