Ukraine increased outstanding 2020 7.75% Eurobonds by US$328.79 mln

Ukraine has increased its outstanding US$1.36bn 7.75% notes due 1 September 2020 by US$328.79mln. J.P. Morgan acted as Initial Purchaser and Bookrunner.

The proceeds will be used to settle a liability management exercise consisting of the open-market repurchase of Ukraine’s GDP-linked Securities conducted in 2020.
